Samcheongdong Sujebi

A Samcheong-dong fixture since 1982, famous for sujebi — rustic hand-torn wheat-dough flakes simmered in a clear anchovy broth with potato, courgette and seafood. A Michelin Bib Gourmand pick for good value, usually with a queue; the potato pancakes (gamjajeon) are the standard side order.
