Haneul (Sky) Park

One of Seoul's great regeneration stories: a mountain of buried waste transformed into a breezy hilltop meadow with sweeping views over the Han River and the city. It peaks each October when its tall eulalia grass turns silver and a festival lights the paths — climb the long stairway (or take the shuttle) for the reward at the top.
