Sillim Sundae Town

A Seoul institution for sundae: dozens of stalls stacked through one building by Sinlim Station, descended from vendors who gathered here from the 1960s. The house style is baeksundae-bokkeum — 'white', unspiced blood sausage and offal stir-fried at your table with cabbage, perilla and glass-noodle sundae, rather than the red, spicy version. Pick any stall and share a sizzling plate.
