A long-running hanjeongsik house by Changdeokgung specialising in the refined, lightly seasoned cooking of Gaeseong, the old Goryeo capital. Multi-course set meals run from rice-cake meat soup and bossam-style wraps to abalone, served in a tiled hanok with private rooms — a dress-up, special-occasion table.
