One of the oldest specialists on Jongno's famous bossam alley — local lore credits Samhaejip with starting the street, after which the neighbouring shops followed. The signature is oyster bossam: warm slices of boiled pork belly wrapped with fresh oysters, salted shrimp, garlic and greens, with a complimentary gamjatang on the side. It's open till 2am and packed with visitors.
