Heyri Art Village

A planned community of some hundreds of artists, writers and architects near the northern border, Heyri is less a single sight than a low-rise sprawl of galleries, private museums, studios and design cafés — every building a piece of experimental architecture. Wander with no fixed plan: browse a book museum, catch a small exhibition, linger over coffee. It's often paired with the nearby Provence Village or the Odusan observatory.
